Treasury and Finance Minister Nureddin Nebati announced the details of the new KGF support package, which is expected to create a loan volume of 250 billion liras with a guarantee of 200 billion liras. Within the scope of the package consisting of a total of 14 separate support items, a surety support of 25 billion liras will be provided to the employer in order to alleviate the burden of severance pay due to EYT.
In the new package, businesses will be classified into 5 groups according to their ability to pay. No support will be given to the 1st Group with the highest payment ability and the 5th Group companies with the lowest payment ability. Support payments will be made against invoice. A black list application will be put into use to prevent misuse.

PACKAGE 1: OPERATING EXPENSES SUPPORT PACKAGE
With the Operational Expenses Support Package, which has a guarantee limit of 35 billion TL, financial support will be provided for all fixed expenses of enterprises, especially salaries and rent payments.
PACKAGE 2: SUPPORT PACKAGE FOR FOREIGN EARNING ACTIVITIES
All companies operating in this field, especially SMEs, will be supported with the Foreign Exchange Earning Activities Support Package, which has a surety limit of 35 billion TL.
PACKAGE 3: INVESTMENT PROJECT FINANCE SUPPORT PACKAGE
With the Investment – Project Finance Support Package, which has a guarantee limit of 20 billion TL, investments in all fields will be supported and production will be increased. Firms that have received Investment Incentive Certificates will be provided with higher loans.
PACKAGE 4: MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY SUPPORT PACKAGE
With the Manufacturing Industry Support Package, which has a guarantee limit of 15 billion TL, productivity, production, employment and exports will be increased in the manufacturing industry.
PACKAGE 5: EYT SUPPORT PACKAGE
With the EYT Support Package, which has a guarantee limit of 25 billion TL, the severance pay burden of our employers in the EYT process will be alleviated.
PACKAGE 6: REGIONAL FOCUSED SME SUPPORT PACKAGE
With the Regional Focused SME Support Package with a guarantee limit of 10 billion TL, investment, employment and export-oriented projects of enterprises, primarily in the manufacturing industry, will be supported.
PACKAGE 7: ENTREPRENEUR SUPPORT PACKAGE
With the Entrepreneur Support Package, which has a surety limit of 4 billion TL, the entrepreneurship ecosystem will be improved and the access of our young and techno entrepreneurs to finance will be facilitated.
PACKAGE 8: WOMEN ENTREPRENEUR SUPPORT PACKAGE
With the Women Entrepreneurs Support Package, which has a surety limit of 4 billion TL, women entrepreneurs and women’s cooperatives who want to open a new business or who are operating on the basis of a business idea will be supported.
PACKAGE 9: GREEN TRANSFORMATION AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY SUPPORT PACKAGE
With the Green Transformation and Energy Efficiency Support Package, which has a guarantee limit of 7 billion TL, SME-sized companies will be supported for projects aiming at green transformation, which will eliminate the risks posed by the problems caused by climate change for our country’s economy.
PACKAGE 10: TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT PACKAGE
With the Technology Support Package, which has a surety limit of 4 billion TL, technology companies will be supported in the field of technology, limited to certain areas such as software, blockchain, artificial intelligence, smart city, wearable technologies, disaster recovery centers and cloud computing services.
PACKAGE 11: DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION SUPPORT PACKAGE
With the Digital Transformation Support Package, which has a guarantee limit of 1 billion TL, SMEs will be able to complete their digital transformation processes.
PACKAGE 12: EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT PACKAGE
With the Education Support Package, which has a guarantee limit of 10 billion TL, financial support will be provided to private schools that have difficulty in paying their personnel expenses.
PACKAGE 13: NEW HOME PROGRAM CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT PACKAGE
With the New Home Program Construction Support Package, which has a guarantee limit of 20 billion TL, affordable financing will be provided to housing producers in order to increase the housing supply that appeals to the middle-income group.
PACKAGE 14: HOUSING CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT PACKAGE
With the Housing Construction Support Package, which has a guarantee limit of 10 billion TL, small and medium-sized construction companies with unfinished projects will be supported in order to eliminate the supply/demand mismatch in the construction sector.
