President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan announced a package consisting of 7 items that will increase new investment and employment in the IT sector at the evaluation meeting on the project called Goal 1 Million Employment. Of the 200 billion lira KGF support package, 4 billion lira will be a technology support package, and 1 billion lira will be used for the digital transformation of SMEs. All R&D and Technology Development Center personnel will be able to work remotely.

Within the scope of the Treasury-backed surety system, 4 billion lira of the 200 billion lira support will be the technology support package. With this package, SMEs will be supported in the fields of technology-oriented investment, blockchain, artificial intelligence and smart city.
With a guarantee limit of 1 billion liras, the digital transformation process of SMEs will be completed. Personnel support, internet infrastructure installation and rental expenses, hardware support, software license expenses will be supported.
Financial incentives and legislation studies are carried out in order to develop the data center sector and attract international data center and cloud operators.
100 percent remote working support will be provided to informatics personnel working in R&D centers and Technology Development Zones.
The number of IT personnel working in the public sector will increase significantly in 2023.
Public banks will be given 6-month non-refundable entrepreneurial loans to startups in the field of informatics.
We will extend insurance premium support up to 10 thousand liras per month to additional employment sectors in the manufacturing and informatics sectors until the end of 2023.
