As the cryptocurrency market begins to show signs of recovery with Bitcoin, new data reveals which gaming tokens Ethereum whales are most interested in accumulating.
On-chain data shows that the largest Ethereum whales in existence have purchased the metaverse token Decentraland (MANA). On average, each MANA whale purchase has averaged $74,320 over the past seven days, according to WhaleStats, which tracks whale data.

Whales also purchased Sandbox (SAND) with an average purchase amount of $27,333 per transaction. In third place is the gaming ecosystem token Gala (GALA), with an average purchase of $26,339.
All three cryptocurrencies have experienced extremely volatile price movements in recent days along with the rest of the crypto markets. At the time of publication, MANA is 7% in the last 24 hours. Up 2% at $4.90, SAND is up 16% on the last day. It was trading at $7.30, up 7%, and GALA at $0.68, up 14% over the same timeframe.
Looking at the top ten altcoins bought by Ethereum whales last week, the number one altcoin on the list was ETH with an average purchase amount of $796,789. It was immediately followed by FTX Token (FTT), with an average purchase amount of $725,782.
