Three political parties in Germany have agreed to form a national government coalition. Part of the text of the agreement also includes a call for European countries to work together to monitor activities in the crypto sector.
According to the text, the coalition partners pledged to make Germany a hub for technology companies and those focused on fintech in particular.
The agreement calls for creating a “level space” in Europe for crypto- and digital-centric business models.
Coalition partners are also calling for a “Common European oversight” of the crypto industry.
In addition, the parties are also making calculations of switching to the digital euro in the long term.
