GitHub development activity tracker ProofofGitHub has released a list of the top 10 currencies by daily activity on GitHub. As of January 6, 2022, the Metaverse game Decentraland (MANA) leads the GitHub development event with a total of 560 days of development activity, according to the data provider. According to development activity, Internet Computer (ICP) took the second place with 479.

The remaining three cryptocurrencies that made up the top five were 460 Cosmos (ATOM), 442 Ethereum (ETH) and 438 Status. According to the data, Polkadot (DOT) is sixth on the list with 436 daily development events, and Vega Protocol (VEGA) is seventh with 427. Cardano (ADA) ranks eighth with 424, Filecoin (FIL) ninth with 350, and Hedera (HBAR) tenth with 278 days of development activity.
