Celebrity director Quentin Tarantino’s Pulp Fiction NFT sale has faced some legal troubles.
Tarantino earlier this month announced an NFT airdrop of uncut scenes and hidden content. Tarantino won the Oscar for Best Original Screenplay for this movie.
According to Variety’s report, Miramax, which produces Pulp Fiction and many other Tarantino films, has sued Tarantino for allegedly owning the rights to the film.
The company claimed that Tarantino kept the Pulp Fiction NFT plan secret from Miramax and stated that it ignored the sale and abandonment.
Miramax has filed claims for breach of contract, unfair competition, and trademark infringement.
