Bridgewater Associates CEO Ray Dalio said at an event held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, that he would prefer gold over Bitcoin (BTC).
Manchester City president Khaldoon Al Mubarak prefers Bitcoin to gold.
BlackRock’s Larry Fink and Goldman’s David Solomon said they prefer the dollar to Bitcoin.
Although BlackRock became interested in Bitcoin earlier this year, Fink remains skeptical of the crypto asset. Fink said he also agrees with the JPMorgan CEO’s “worthless” exit for Bitcoin.
Despite Goldman Sachs re-establishing the crypto desk, Solomon seems far from being an overt crypto advocate.
Dalio, who has a small personal investment in Bitcoin, continues to think that regulations will destroy Bitcoin.
The comments made by Wall Street giants came right after rising inflation concerns in the USA.
