Ethereum whales have these 3 metaverse coins in focus
On-chain data shows that the largest Ethereum whales in existence are now purchasing the game metaverse Decentraland (MANA), above all game tokens. On average, each whale’s MANA intake has averaged $74,320 over the past seven days, according to whale tracking provider WhaleStats.
Whales are also accumulating a virtual gaming token called SAND, which powers The Sandbox (SAND) by purchasing an average of $27,333 per transaction. In third place is the gaming ecosystem token Gala (GALA), with an average of $26,339 per Ethereum whale purchase.
All three cryptocurrencies have experienced extremely volatile price movements in recent days along with the rest of the crypto markets. At the time of writing, MANA is trading at $5, up 9.6 percent in the last 24 hours, Sandbox at $7.47, up 20.9 percent in the last day, and GALA at $0.72, up 15.3 percent in the same timeframe.
