Square CEO Jack Dorsey recently announced that CashApp is available to anyone 13 years and older. CashApp offers users the opportunity to easily buy Bitcoin as well as stocks. This could mean that in the near future young people can start buying BTC.
The CEO gave a link to the CashApp site in his tweet today, stating that “+13 people” can now send, receive and manage their money securely.

Developed by Square, CashApp is a mobile payment service that allows users to transfer money to each other. However, the app has evolved to include interaction with other payment apps, allowing users to buy stocks and Bitcoin. CashApp only needs to be linked to an existing bank account for it to work.
MicroStrategy CEO Michael Saylor asked Dorsey if this meant that young people could buy BTC using CashApp. Dorsey replied to Saylor, not yet.
