Digital asset platform Bakkt announced that its clients will soon be able to trade Ethereum (ETH) in addition to Bitcoin (BTC).
The company stated that it can also use Bakkt Warehouse to store Ethereum for its corporate customers.
Shares of the Georgia-based company Alpharetta also rose 4% today. The company’s stock has also been on the rise since Bakkt’s deals with Mastercard and Fiserv for crypto payments.
Ethereum is trading at $4,503 at the time of writing, according to Coinmarketcap data.
