Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Dönmez, regarding Russia’s postponement of BOTAŞ’ debts, said, “Negotiations continue. We are discussing this multidimensionally with Russia. We’re discussing a lot of issues, including procrastination, especially with regard to costs. They are currently negotiating with Gazprom, the interlocutor of BOTAŞ.”
Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Fatih Dönmez, in the program he participated in the Haber Türk channel, touched upon the issue that Russia postponed the debts of Boru Hatları ve Petrol Taşıma AŞ (BOTAŞ) and stated that the negotiations are continuing.
Dönmez stated that there is no postponement and said, “Negotiations are continuing. We are discussing this multidimensionally with Russia. Whatever the cost advantages that may be in favor of Turkey, we will negotiate them. We are discussing many issues including postponement, whatever may be in the interest of the country, especially regarding costs. They are currently negotiating with Gazprom, the interlocutor of BOTAŞ.”
